Please upload a copy of your student ID with valid dates. Only undergraduate students can qualify for the student registration rates. Please note, in case of uploading an invalid document (copy of index), the Organizer will not refund paid Student Registration fee. It is only possible to pay supplement up to the full Delegate Registration fee. In such case, you will receive a note from the Organizer by email.

By registering, you agree with the cancellation policy. A request for cancellation of the registration should be made to the Secretariat via email at eicc7@congrexpo.co.rs before April 11, 2025, 23:59 CEST. Refunds will be issued after the Congress. After that date, a refund of registration fees is not available. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be paid in Euros. EICC7 Organisers will not be responsible for any losses incurred by attendees, including (but not limited to) airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits. In case of cancellation of participation, registration fees will be refunded minus a handling fee of 50 € per person. To avoid additional costs, we kindly ask European citizens to do the payment via bank transfer!
The EICC7 Organizer collects your personal data, such as: name, surname, email address, telephone number, residence, affiliation, food intolerances and allergies.
You can cancel your registration to the event at any time by sending an e-mail to eicc7@congrexpo.co.rs. Your personal data will be immediately deleted. Your personal data will be stored for 12 months from the time of collection. The processing of personal data will be carried out by the EICC7 Organizer, with the use of computerized procedures, adopting appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect them from unauthorized or illegal access, destruction, loss of integrity and confidentiality, even if accidental in nature. Personal data may also be processed by subcontractors that act as data processors.
